As a Property Administrator, you will be:
- Answering incoming calls and handling maintenance queries efficiently
- Carrying out basic troubleshooting to assess whether issues require a home visit
- Prioritising maintenance issues based on company priority levels
- Logging all relevant information in the CRM and updating job sheets
- Allocating maintenance works to internal and external operatives
- Coordinating maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of works
- Providing tenants with updates on progress or delays
- Liaising with tenants, solicitors, or NGOs such as Citizens Advice or Shelter
- Raising invoices via XERO when required
We are seeking a Property Administrator who:
- Has proven property administration or maintenance coordination experience (essential)

- Is highly organised with excellent coordination and multitasking skills
- Can manage time effectively and work accurately under pressure
- Is local to Ilford or within a 45-minute commute
This Property Administrator role offers the following benefits:
