This role offers an opportunity to provide much-needed support to those in temporary accommodation, helping them to sustain their tenancies and work towards independent living. You\βll play a key role in the team, with responsibilities ranging from tenancy sustainment to liaising with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-tenancy interviews, needs, and risk assessments to understand tenant requirements
Provide a psychologically informed environment, ensuring tenants feel supported and empowered
Assist with tenancy and benefit-related issues, helping tenants understand their responsibilities
Maintain accurate records using housing systems like Orchard and Inform
Promote tenant independence, guiding individuals towards managing their tenancies long-term
Monitor service charge payments, arrears, and voids to ensure tenants are on track with their payments
Conduct health and safety checks within the accommodation to ensure safe living conditions
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate support and interventions
Attend multi-agency meetings and work jointly with external partners to provide comprehensive support
What We\βd Love to See:
Experience supporting vulnerable individuals in housing or similar settings
Strong understanding of tenancy sustainment and safeguarding protocols
Excellent communication and organisational skills
IT literate; experience with housing systems (e.g., Orchard, Inform) is a distinct advantage
A proactive approach, working well independently and as part of a collaborative team

Hourly Rate: Β£18 β Β£20 per hour (via Umbrella)
Location: Coalville is a highly accessible location, with excellent transport links to surrounding areas. It\βs just a short drive from the M1, with easy access to routes like the A511 and A50, making it well-connected for anyone commuting from nearby towns such as Loughborough, Leicester, or Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
