As a Plumber Multi, you'll carry out responsive repairs in tenanted properties, working as part of an experienced maintenance team delivering an essential service to residents. This opportunity is with a well-established contractor delivering repairs and maintenance across social housing in the Wythenshawe area. With an initial four-week contract and the possibility of extending up to three months, this is a great opportunity for an experienced Plumber Multi looking for stable, ongoing work.
As a Plumber Multi, you will be:
- Carrying out plumbing repairs within tenanted social housing properties
- Completing responsive maintenance and day-to-day repairs
- Undertaking basic multi-trade repairs including minor carpentry, patch plastering or other general maintenance
- Delivering high-quality customer service while working in occupied homes
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing
- Experience working in social housing or domestic repairs
- Basic skills across other trades
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Their own hand tools
