I'm looking for an experienced Plumber Multi for a social housing repairs position working in Birmingham. This is a permanent position from day one - with a van, fuel card, uniform and PPE provided. There is the potential to earn up to £46,000 a year.

In this role, the Plumber Multi will carry out repairs in tenanted social housing properties in the Birmingham area.

I'm looking to speak to a Plumber Multi Trade that has:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • A CSCS Card
  • Experience working in social housing or on maintenance contracts

In return, the successful Plumber Multi will receive:

  • Potential to earn up to £46,000 a year: £30,000- £32,000 a year basic salary
  • Callout charges of £1,000 per week (you can take on as many as 1 in 6, so a possible £8,000 p/year)
  • Monthly job completion bonuses of up to £500 per month
  • A company van and fuel card
  • Uniform and PPE provided
