We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter Multi Trade to join a growing Christian charity and supported-housing provider, carrying out responsive repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of 44,000 46,000, a brand-new company van, tools provided, regular work and excellent training and development opportunities.
You will join an expanding in-house property team working across a large and growing residential and commercial property portfolio.
The role involves working across supported accommodation and community properties, carrying out painting and decorating as a core part of the position alongside general multi-trade repairs and maintenance.
You will typically complete around two jobs per day and will generally remain within one local area rather than travelling between distant locations.
