As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:
- Leading several high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
- Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5mil+
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standards
Passive Fire Contracts Manager experience needed:
- Experience managing multiple contracts
- Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
- Delivering budgets of minimum £400k a month
- Experience leading a team
