We are recruiting an Assistant Director of Repairs for a well-established Social Housing Group based in Northampton! As an Assistant Director of Repairs, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Property Repairs service, ensuring responsive, void, cyclical and facilities management services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance and customer satisfaction. Assistant Director of Repairs key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and overseeing responsive repairs, void repairs, cyclical maintenance and facilities management across the social housing portfolio
  • Driving strong performance management, service quality and value for money
  • Ensuring full compliance with housing legislation, regulatory standards and statutory obligations
  • Delivering high levels of tenant satisfaction and safe, professional service standards
  • Managing budgets, resources and operational risk effectively
