We are seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join a well-established housing association on a long-term self-employed contract, delivering responsive repairs and planned maintenance across social housing properties in Norwich and the surrounding areas. This is a specialist role requiring a strong background in cap and cove flooring alongside basic plumbing experience. Working within occupied properties, you ll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service to tenants. This role may also suit professionals currently working in, or ready to step into, the following positions: Floor Layer, Vinyl Floor Layer, Flooring Installer, Multi Trade Operative (Flooring Bias), Multi Skilled Operative, Multi Trade Plumber or Wetroom Fitter.
