Our client is seeking an experienced Housing Officer to join their established housing management team. Based from the Greenham office one day per week, you'll manage your own diary, balancing home working with visits across your local patch to support customers and communities. As a Housing Officer, you'll be the visible presence within your neighbourhoods, delivering a high-quality housing management service while building strong relationships with residents, colleagues, local authorities, and partner agencies.
Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer:- Deliver tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services across your designated area.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing advice, support, and practical solutions.
- Build effective relationships with local authorities, community groups, contractors, and partner organisations.
- Use performance data and customer insight to drive service improvements and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Support neighbourhood initiatives and contribute to creating safe, sustainable communities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is managed responsibly.
