We're looking for a proactive Street Warden to help keep local neighbourhoods clean, safe and well maintained.
As a Street Warden, you'll patrol housing estates, carry out estate inspections, complete minor repairs, litter pick, report maintenance issues, and build positive relationships with residents.
You'll also carry out routine community building checks and act as the "eyes and ears" across your designated area.
What we're looking for
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Experience in a customer facing role .
Basic DIY or handyperson experience.
Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
Full UK driving licence.
Background in caretaking, housing, facilities, maintenance or a similar community-facing role.
