You will be joining a reliable property services contractor delivering planned kitchen refurbishments across local housing stock. This role would suit a Gas Engineer who is confident working to programme deadlines, completing compliant work, and supporting wider refurbishment teams on site.
As a Gas Engineer, you will be:
- Isolating gas supplies safely during kitchen rip-outs
- Completing first fix plumbing work linked to kitchen refurbishments
- Identifying and locating pipework and services for sinks and appliances
- Carrying out second fix gas works, including appliance reconnection or installation where required
- Completing Gas Safe checks after rip-out and again at completion
- Removing existing radiators as required
- Refitting and installing new radiators across the planned programme
- Working safely and compliantly across occupied and void domestic properties
