You’ll be joining a reliable property services contractor delivering planned kitchen refurbishments across local housing stock. This role would suit a Gas Engineer who is confident working to programme deadlines, completing compliant work, and supporting wider refurbishment teams on site.

As a Gas Engineer, you will be:

  • Isolating gas supplies safely during kitchen rip-outs
  • Completing first fix plumbing work linked to kitchen refurbishments
  • Identifying and locating pipework and services for sinks and appliances
  • Carrying out second fix gas works, including appliance reconnection or installation where required
  • Completing Gas Safe checks after rip-out and again at completion
  • Removing existing radiators as required
  • Refitting and installing new radiators across the planned programme
  • Working safely and compliantly across occupied and void domestic properties
