Are you a strong leader with a passion for people and places? We are looking for a Neighbourhood Team Lead to join a Housing Association based in Coventry on a 6-month FTC with the potential to go permanent after. In this role, you will lead a team of Neighbourhood Officers to deliver excellent housing services that truly make a difference.
You will tackle complex tenancy issues, drive performance, and lead safeguarding efforts, all while building vibrant, well-managed neighbourhoods. With your knowledge of social housing, natural people skills, and commitment to community, you will be key to creating safe, supported spaces our residents can thrive in.
Experience required:
