Key Responsibilities of a Neighbourhood Officer:

  • Manage all aspects of tenancy management, including sign-ups, tenancy inspections, and dealing with anti-social behaviour (ASB).
  • Take prompt and effective action in cases of ASB, collaborating with residents, the police, and partner agencies.
  • Conduct regular estate inspections and home visits, maintaining high standards and building positive relationships with tenants.
  • Support data quality and compliance, ensuring that all customer systems are up to date and meet regulatory and safeguarding standards.
