Neighbourhood Officer

Our client is looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract for approximately 9 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a well-established organisation. Role Details: Neighbourhood Officer Location: Worcester Hours: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week (Hybrid working) Salary: £32,000- £34,500per annum Key Responsibilities: As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for tenancy management, including handling ASB cases and void properties. Providing support and guidance to residents as a Neighbourhood Officer. Conducting estate inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies in your role as a Neighbourhood Officer.Requirements: Previous experience as a Neighbourhood Officer, Housing Officer, or similar role. Strong knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
