I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract around the Atherstone area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on tenanted and void properties.
What you can expect as a Multi Trade Operative:
- Weekly pay £22 per hour
- Van supplied
- Long term contract
As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have:
- Experience in trades or a qualification in either Carpentry or Plastering
- Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
- Driving licence
- Social housing experience
- Willingness to have a basic DBS check.
I would be really excited if you have:
- The ability to complete jobs in trades other than your core trade, including plastering, tiling, carpentry and plumbing.
