Job Title: Multi Trade Operative
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract type: Contract based with the opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis
Hourly rate: £22-23 ph paid weekly via umbrella
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
- Working on both tenanted and void properties
- Completing 2nd fix maintenance in Plumbing,Carpentry,Tiling,Patch plaster and painting
- Completing jobs to the highest standard
To be successful as a Multi Trade Operative, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role (Handyman, Carpenter, Plumber or Kitchen and Bathroom Fitter)
- Own van and tools
- Willingness to have a DBS
