As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be: Carrying out reactive repairs within occupied and void properties Completing plumbing, carpentry, plastering, or general maintenance works depending on your trade background Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day maintenance issues Undertaking repairs to kitchens, bathrooms, doors, locks, walls, and other property elements Completing minor making-good works following repairs Responding to tenant-reported maintenance issues within agreed timescales Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard Updating job records and communicating effectively with tenants and colleagues
