As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties
- Deliver a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, tiling, and basic brickwork
- Attend responsive maintenance call-outs, diagnosing issues and achieving first-time fixes
- Complete accurate PDA updates, timesheets and work reports

- Skilled in 2 or more trade
