I am looking for a Multi Trade candidate to work for an established social housing company in Brize Norton and the surrounding areas. The role is a permanent position and will involve joining the reactive maintenance team within domestic properties.

The Multi Trade operative will receive:

  • Annual base salary of £37,000
  • Company van and fuel card
  • Attractive annual leave package
  • Overtime and callouts available
  • Specialist tools provided
  • Full time employment

The Multi Trade will have:

  • Full UK drivers license
  • Experience working within domestic properties
  • Experience working within social housing
  • Have their own tools
  • Willingness to do overtime and callouts

The Multi Trade will be responsible for:

  • Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting
  • Maintenance plumbing
  • Patch plastering and tiling
  • Working in occupied properties
