As a Site Maintenance Operative, you will be:
- Carrying out multi-trade repairs and maintenance in a static building with multiple floors
- Carrying out a range of maintenance duties on site, including hanging doors, lock changes, and all other trades
- Delivering a variety of tasks across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting, and flooring
I would love to speak to Site Maintenance Operatives who have:
- Relevant industry experience within multiple trades
- Relevant experience within the social housing or domestic sector
- Competence in using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
- A full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS check will be done once offered the role
