As a Painter, you will be: • Completing painting and decorating works as part of kitchen refurbishment projects • Preparing walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces for painting • Carrying out filling, sanding, priming, and finishing to a high standard • Working in occupied and void social housing properties • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in tenants’ homes • Working across Loughborough, Leicester, and Swadlincote as required I’d love to speak to anyone who has: • Previous experience as a Painter or Decorator within domestic properties • Experience working on kitchen refurbishments, planned maintenance, or social housing works • A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering a high-quality finish • Their own vehicle and reliable transport for the initial 12-week agency period • The ability to work independently and communicate professionally with tenants The Painter role is offering the following benefits: • £23.10 per hour through the agency for the first 12 weeks • Temp-to-perm opportunity with a salary of around £31,000 per year upon permanent employment • Consistent work across a dedicated Kitchens team • Weekly pay during the agency period • The opportunity to work for a well-established social housing contractor • Varied work across occupied and void properties This role is offering £23.10 per hour for the first 12 weeks, with a permanent salary of around £31,000 per year thereafter.
