Job Description We are currently looking for a Cap and Cove Floor Layer in the Bostonarea to work on a self-employed, long-term contract for a well-established housing contractor, on the voids team.

This opportunity is with a respected and established building contractor within the housing sector.

You'll be part of a company that values high-quality workmanship and supports ongoing growth in a stable, full-time environment.

I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in flooring installation and property refurbishment, whether you've previously worked as a Cap and Cove Floor Layer, Vinyl Floor Layer, Flooring Installer, Commercial Floor Layer, or in a similar role.

As a Cap and Cove Floor Layer, you will be: Installing cap and cove vinyl flooring to kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, and communal areas Measuring and cutting flooring materials to ensure accurate fitting and a high-quality finish Heat welding and sealing joints in accordance with industry standards Installing safety flooring and vinyl flooring within domestic and social housing properties Carrying out repairs and replacements to existing flooring where required Proven experience in cap and cove flooring installation Experience fitting safety flooring and vinyl flooring A strong understanding of flooring preparation and finishing techniques This Cap and Cove Floor Layer role is offering the following benefits: ~ Weekly pay (CIS or PAYE payments available)~ Local work ~40-hour working week with overtime opportunities ~ Long-term work ~ Opportunity to go permanent if desired ~ Immediate start Location & Travel All properties are empty and are located within the Lincolnshire, specifically Bostonarea.
