Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor to join a social housing group on an interim basis, overseeing responsive repairs and maintenance services across their housing stock in Spalding.
As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of repairs, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Manage operatives, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure service targets are achieved.
Monitor repair performance, quality, and productivity.
Carry out post-inspections and quality assurance checks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
Investigate and resolve complex repair issues and resident complaints.
Support the planning and allocation of resources to maximise efficiency.
Produce reports and updates on performance and service delivery.
The successful Repairs Supervisor will have: Previous experience supervising responsive repairs within social housing.
Strong knowledge of housing maintenance and building repairs.
Experience managing direct labour teams and contractors.
Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
Full UK driving licence.
