We are currently recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor to join a social housing group on an interim basis, overseeing responsive repairs and maintenance services across their housing stock in Spalding. As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of repairs, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. - Supervise the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance works.

The successful Repairs Supervisor will have:
- Previous experience supervising responsive repairs within social housing.

- Good understanding of health and safety and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
