In this position, you will be:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Lettings team
- Managing customer enquiries and supporting tenants throughout the lettings process
- Advertising and marketing available properties across relevant platforms
- Supporting referrals, tenancy documentation and Affordable Rent assessments
- Maintaining accurate records across systems, spreadsheets and tenancy accounts
- Managing communal keys, fobs and supporting operational compliance processes
- Completing CORE and local authority returns accurately and on time
- Working closely with internal teams to support smooth tenancy and operational delivery
