I’d love to hear from anyone with experience as a Kitchen Fitter, Carpenter, Joiner, or in a similar construction role.
Responsibilities
- Strip out existing Kitchen and flooring.
- Adapt pipework ready for the new installation.
- Install new Benchmark units and worktops to a high standard.
- Tile splashback areas and cooker spaces.
- Fit new ply flush doors.
- Carry out painting and decorating following each installation.
- Complete each property within the expected timeframe of 3-4 days.
Requirements
- Proven experience fitting kitchens.
- The ability to travel to Letchworth Garden City.
- Your own van and professional tools.
- Experience working within social housing, including both occupied and void properties.
- A recognised trade qualification or relevant time‑served experience.
Benefits
- Weekly pay (CIS available).

- Earnings of £900-£1,100 per property, with the higher rate available for operatives who also complete the painting and decorating.
Location: Based in Letchworth Garden City, with excellent access via the A505.
