As a Kitchen Fitter you will be
Strip out existing Kitchen and flooring.
Adapt pipework ready for the new installation.
Install new Benchmark units and worktops to a high standard.
Tile splashback areas and cooker spaces.
Fit new ply flush doors.
Carry out painting and decorating following each installation.
Complete each property within the expected timeframe of 3–4 days.
To be considered, you'll need
Proven experience fitting kitchens.
The ability to travel to Letchworth Garden City.
Your own van and professional tools.
Experience working within social housing, including both occupied and void properties.
A recognised trade qualification or relevant time-served experience.

Weekly pay (CIS available). Long-term, ongoing work. Excellent earning potential through price work.
Earnings of £900–£1,100 per property, with the higher rate available for operatives who also complete the painting and decorating. Location
