Responsibilities
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Fitting and replacing water pumps
- Installing and altering pipework
- Setting out floors for bathroom and kitchen installations
- Bathroom and wet‑room fitting
- Tiling and patch plastering
- Flooring installation and repairs
- General multi‑trade maintenance and snagging works
- Completing repairs within occupied social housing properties
- Delivering high standards of customer service on every job
Qualifications
- Have their own tools
- Have their own suitable transport
- Hold a valid Green CSCS card
- Have relevant experience working as a Plumber Multi‑Trade within social housing
- Be confident completing multi‑trade repairs independently
