You will be working for a major housing contractor in the area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organization where you will be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role.
As the Plasterer, you will be responsible for:
- All aspects of internal plastering in tenanted & void properties
- Plaster boarding of stud walls
- Over boarding ceilings, coving and cornice
- Fixing and coating thermoboard
- Applying render and cement repairs
- Artexing
- Patch plastering and making good
The successful Plasterer will:
- Have their own tools
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Hold an NVQ or equivalent in Plastering
- Have relevant industry experience in social housing or a domestic setting
In return, the Plasterer will receive:
- £35,000 per annum
- Company van and fuel card provided from day one
- 40 hour working week with overtime and call out options
- Annual leave package
- Overtime and out of hours available
