As the Head of Health and Safety you will be:
- Managing the strategic and operational delivery of the H&S on behalf of the organisation
- Supporting the implementation of new compliance-management systems
- Developing and updating policies and procedures
- Working with the wider property management team to focus on the big 6 of compliance and building safety programmes as the key representative
- Leading a team providing 1-2-1s, training and support where needed
