Void Assessor required for a long standing Property Management company, who pride themselves on delivering a high quality and reliable service, and manage 1500 properties across the London Boroughs. The Void Assessor will inspect vacant social housing properties, assess repair requirements, determine priorities and ensure all documentation meets audit and regulatory requirements.
Please note this is not a working from home position, you will often be required to start and finish the day in the office, and plan your day accordingly by grouping together surveys into geographical areas therefore minimising travel time.

- Assess the condition of all internal and external elements including structure, fixtures, fittings, and installations
- Identify all required repairs, maintenance works, and upgrades to achieve lettable standards
- Prepare comprehensive schedules of works with accurate specifications for contractors
- Calculate materials and labour requirements for repair projects using schedule of rates
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, assessments, and works ordered
