Niyaa People Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Income Officer to join our housing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

You will manage rent accounts, reduce arrears and support residents to sustain tenancies, with a hybrid pattern of 1 day from home per week.

The role covers Birmingham and outer areas; you will guide cases from early intervention to court, complete affordability assessments and liaise with internal teams to hit income targets.
