Housing Officer

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Housing Officer to join a supportive team delivering tenancy and neighbourhood services in the South Derbyshire area.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing provider, Trent & Dove Housing, for a Housing Officer to work within the Neighbourhoods team. Based across their South Derbyshire stock, you will manage a patch of properties, providing tenancy management, dealing with ASB, estate issues, safeguarding referrals, and offering advice on mutual exchanges and tenancy changes. This is a mobile role, with a supportive office base and the option to work from home when not out on patch.

We are very keen to speak to Housing Officers, Neighbourhood Officers, Tenancy Officers, and Tenancy Support Officers with strong case management experience. You will need confidence working independently, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of tenancy legislation. You will ideally have a CIH Level 3 or similar qualification but we are very keen to speak to anyone with relevant experience, whether or not you hold formal qualifications.
