We are currently working with a long standing client who is looking to bring on an experienced Housing Officer on a temporary contract basis until April 2025. Housing Officer Responsabilities: – Being able to manage the housing management services, from tenancy sustainability, to providing money advise on rent arrears – Dealing with neighbourhood issues – Being the point of contact for tenants in regard to any queries or complaints. Experience required for this Housing Officer role: – Experience working in a Generic Housing Officer role – The ability to hit the ground running – Dealing with income management including rent arrears, money and benefits advise. Details for the Housing Officer role: – Temporary Contract until April 2025 – Hybrid working (WFH available) – Start Date is immediate. A valid DBS Check and driving license along with access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
