Housing Advisor Officer

We are looking for a Housing Advisor Officer to join the team of a well-established housing organisation within the West Midlands. Housing Advisor Officer Permanent Role Mon-Fri/ 35 hours Based in Officer Pay of £30,000 – £35,000 As a Housing Advisor Officer, you will be: Assisting Tenant with any queries or reports they may have Managing a complex case-load of Inbound calls and emails Ensuring tenants receive good customer service Ensuring communication is thorough and a good level of service Work towards daily goals and targets Dealing with reports that will include ASB, Safeguarding and management As a Housing Advisor Officer, you will have: Experience in either ASB, Safeguarding or Housing management Previously managed your own case-load of ASB Experience within Safeguarding Investigated ASB and Safeguarding related issues Worked with vulnerable customers Able to provide good levels of Customer Service Work in a fast paced environment Requires a basic DBS and Social Media check The benefits of Housing Advisor Officer are: Experience in a reputable company 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays and more Only looking for applications from someone with previous experience within the Anti-Social-Behaviour or Safeguarding sector or Housing Officer Candidates.
