As a Floor Layer you will be:
- Install and replace vinyl flooring, safety flooring, and vinyl tiles within void and tenanted properties
- Fit flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, bedrooms, hallways, lounges, and communal areas
- Complete safety flooring installations, including cap and cove systems where required
- Install flooring within care homes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff
- Fit flooring in communal hallways, stairwells, entrance lobbies, and shared residential areas
- Work within occupied (tenanted) properties while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism
