Responsibilities
- Conducting UKAS-accredited Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys
- Delivering asbestos services across commercial and residential properties
- Ensuring compliance with UKAS standards, asbestos legislation and health & safety requirements
- Maintaining accurate survey reports and technical documentation
- Working flexibly across client sites while meeting productivity and quality targets
- Taking part in ongoing training and development to maintain technical expertise
Qualifications and Experience
- BOHS P402 qualification (essential)
- Experience carrying out UKAS-accredited asbestos surveys
- Social housing experience
Compensation and Benefits
- £32,000 – £38,000 salary
