Responsibilities:
- Carrying out maintenance and repairs service within domestic properties
- Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests
- Ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards
- Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently
Requirements:
- Over 3 years trade experience, ideally in the residential repairs sector
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience
- 3 years experience of Bathroom installations, including tiling
- Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively
- A full UK driving licence
