Responsibilities with the Graduate Training Programme:
- Working in a fast-paced, sales environment
- Making a high volume of telephone calls - cold-calling candidates and clients
- Generating sales leads
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Researching your market and learning about your sector to become a specialist
- Using recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Interviewing candidates for roles
- Working towards targets and daily KPI’s
Skills you need for the Graduate Training Programme:
- Great sales skills and the ability to influence
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

You’ll need to be ready to buckle down and fully commit to the role. Some days are fun, and some days are challenging, but if you’re tenacious and self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure, we’ll support you every step of the way to help you reach your goals and make some serious money.
This is a full-time role where you'll be working Monday - Friday, from 8am - 5pm.
