Job Description

I'm looking for a Floor Layer for a social housing contract working on properties in the Sandwell area. The work will be in tenanated social housing properties and the Floor layer will have to:
  • Install full floors (flat lay vinyl, laminate, carpet)
  • Cap and cove with your own welder
  • Complete day to day repairs
  • Liaise with tenants and other trades

I am interested in speaking to a Floor layer who:

  • Has experience working on social housing contracts
  • Holds a full UK Driving Licence
  • Has his own Van

In return, the Floor layer will receive:

  • £220-240 per day
  • 37-40 hours a week
  • Mileage cover
  • Ongoing contract
