As a Contracts Supervisor you will be:
- Supervising a day to day repairs contract
- Overseeing a small team of Multi-Traders
- Monitoring Health and Safety, and quality of work
- Leading regular 1 to 1s and performance reviews with team members
- Collaborating with other team members, managers, and clients to provide an efficient repairs service
We would love to speak to anyone who has:
- A full UK driving licence
- A background in multiple trades and property maintenance
- Experience working within social housing or similar environments
