As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be:

  • Completing destructive and invasive assessments across social housing, commercial, and student accommodation sectors
  • Writing up your findings and discussing these results with stakeholders and responsible parties
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring KPIs and compliance standards are met across all projects
  • Offering professional feedback and suggestions for amendments and improvements using your findings as support

This role will be offering £50,000 to £55,000.

Location & travel: This role is based in the Birmingham area, offering a central location with excellent transport links. With a fully expensed company car and fuel allowance included, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your visits with ease. Birmingham has road links extending in all directions, including major motorways such as the M6, M5, and M40. The city is also circled by the A4540 ring road, which makes travelling between different visits convenient.
