Are you an Estates Manager looking for a change? I am currently looking for an Estates Manager to join a housing association across Birmingham. The Estates manager will take ownership of the estates management across 3 sites. Estates Manager duties: Oversee estate inspections, building safety checks and communal services by frequently visiting the schemes to carry out audits.
