We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Grantham and the surrounding areas. This role comes with a van and fuel card.
This role consists of testing and inspection within social housing tenanted properties.
The Electrician will receive:
- £40,000 basic salary
- Van and fuel card
- Professional development and career progression
- Additional earnings with overtime
The successful Electrician will be expected to complete:
- EICRs in social housing properties across Grantham and surrounding areas
- Testing and installation of domestic heating systems
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. No call out rota.
