Electrical Manager

We are actively looking for an Electrical Manager to join a local authority in the Norfolk area on a long-term contract basis. In return you will receive, longevity of a contract, hybrid working and flexible hours.

As the Electrical Manager, you will be:

• Managing the EICR programme
• Managing the day to day electrical programme for the domestic and commercial properties
• Supporting and managing the external contractors and operatives
• Responsible for the management of the statutory responsibilities for electrical testing, fire alarms, service and maintenance

Experience and qualifications:

• Social housing experience
• Contract management experience within electrical
• Experience managing an electrical programme
