This opportunity is with a respected multi-discipline contractor delivering services across commercial and residential sectors. With an established presence in the housebuilding market and growing relationships with major M&E contractors, the company is investing heavily and requires an experienced professional to support its continued expansion.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will be:

  • Producing accurate estimates and quotations for commercial projects
  • Pricing labour-only packages for M&E contractor-led schemes
  • Preparing supply-and-install quotations for residential new-build housing developments
  • Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and drawings
  • Estimating EV charging installations, external lighting projects, containment systems, and cable tray works
  • Applying practical installation knowledge to calculate labour allowances and productivity rates
  • Supporting the growth of the electrical division through consistent pricing and commercial support

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within a UK contracting environment
  • Ideally experience pricing residential new-build housing and apartment projects
  • Knowledge of labour-only and full installation contracts
  • The ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet quotation deadlines
