We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established housing organisation for a Temporary Scheme Manager to support a residential scheme in Dursley, Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys working directly with residents and helping to ensure a housing scheme runs smoothly. The Role: As Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the scheme, supporting residents and ensuring key compliance and housing processes are completed effectively. Your responsibilities as a Scheme Manager will include: Carrying out regular compliance and safety checks. Responding to resident enquiries and providing excellent customer service. Reporting and following up repairs. Supporting sales activity and arranging sales-related appointments. Liaising with solicitors and other external parties where required. Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant databases. Supporting the wider team with general housing administration.
