We are currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade Operative in the Edinburgh area to work on a self-employed, long-term contract for a well-established housing association. I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you've previously worked as a Joiner, Carpenter, Multi Skilled Operative, Kitchen Fitter, or in a similar role.
As a Joiner Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
- Completing basic kitchen fitting works
- Carrying out minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Completing plastering and tiling patch repairs
- Undertaking general joinery and multi-trade maintenance works
- Delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishment work within social housing properties
Requirements:
- Proven experience in joinery and multi-trade maintenance
