We are currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade Operative in the Edinburgh area to work on a self-employed, long-term contract for a well-established housing association. You'll be part of a company that values high-quality workmanship and supports ongoing growth in a stable, full-time environment.

I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you've previously worked as a Joiner, Carpenter, Multi Skilled Operative, Kitchen Fitter, or in a similar role.

As a Joiner Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

  • Completing basic kitchen fitting works
  • Carrying out minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
  • Completing plastering and tiling patch repairs
  • Undertaking general joinery and multi-trade maintenance works
  • Delivering high-quality repairs and refurbishment work within social housing properties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in joinery and multi-trade maintenance
  • Experience working within social housing properties
  • A full UK driving licence
