I am on the lookout for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to carry out condition surveys and EPCs on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks. This role is based across the West Midlands.
Duties of the Domestic Energy Assessor:
- Conduct detailed stock condition surveys
- Produce accurate EPCs in compliance with current regulations
- Work across a variety of property types (occupied and void)
Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation:
- Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and qualified DEA
